Information Packet
You can call, fax, or write the Twins Days Festival Committee to request an information packet for the next festival. Packets are usually mailed out in April.

Tips (from Chris)
I've attended 16 festivals at Twinsburg. I always tell the parents of little ones to take a wagon vs. a twin stroller because it's easier to pull a wagon up the hills than push a stroller. Also tell them to take a back-pack with snacks because the lines can be long when you have hungry kids. Other tips....do not forget your camera.
Dress
Remember you and your twin, whether identical or fraternal, should try to dress alike while at the festival. It isn't really necessary, but you might feel out of place if you do not.
Wiener Roast
Don’t miss the Wiener Roast at the Dodge Middle School on Friday night. If this is your first visit, you will be amazed at the number of twins gathered in one location. If you have been to Twinsburg before, this is the place to renew old acquaintances and to make some new friends.
Fireworks Display
Be sure to stay for the fireworks on Saturday night. Normally starts at dusk (9:30 pm) but might vary due to weather conditions.
Weather
Although the festivals are held in the beginning of August, one year when we arrived on Friday afternoon the temperature was in the mid-fifties. This caught us off guard and had us scurrying to the local Kmart and Wal Mart for additional clothing - long pants and a wind breaker - since we only packed shorts and tee shirts for the trip. Although this type of weather may be rare for the area during the month of August, be sure to check the forecast for the Cleveland or Twinsburg area before you leave and then pack accordingly. http://www.weather.com
Twins Contest
If you competed in a Twins Contest on Saturday and did not win, you can compete again on Sunday when there is usually less competition. We have won a couple of times doing this. It isn't as prestigious as winning on Saturday but it is a win. This year's contest schedule can be found at http://www.twinsdays.org/contest_schedule.html
Talent Show
If you leave early on Sunday, you will miss the Talent Show in the afternoon which is extremely entertaining.
Miscellaneous
The crowd normally dwidles down on Sunday since a majority of out-of-town twins head home that day.
Twins should attend at least one of these festivals. It is more fun than one could ever imagine or words could ever describe.
